Red - Madison

Service is wonderful! Was concerned because 6 tables were the same time we sat and we had to do the show, but everything came out very quickly. Sushi is fresh and delicious! Very recommended, even if you are full, splurge on the Sorbet you will not regret it!

Gorgeous interior with great food and drinks! There is a great patio for outdoor dining as well. The waitstaff are all incredibly nice and helpful. This was our first time at Red and we'll definitely be returning! The cocktails were impressive and delicious, and all with the sake and/or Japanese whiskeys did a great job with balancing the flavors while maintaining the Japanese focus. Very, very good. The sushi rolls were quite experimental and delightful this is sushi I don't believe I'd find anywhere else in Madison, especially with the seasonal rolls! Tons of creative options that are all well balanced, delicious, and presented beautifully. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The hostesses also gave us the option to sit outside if we wanted. My fiance and I ordered five rolls since we wanted to try many of the flavors, and our waitress divided up the order so they wouldn't crowd the table. Incredibly considerate and thoughtful. We had a lot of fun at Red and we'll absolutely be returning!

This is hands down the best sushi place in Madison, WI! The food is always top quality and so fresh. The restaurant is really busy so do get reservations ahead of time. We had ordered signature rolls Tiger, Tropic thunder, and Tsunami. From the cooked section, Spicy Godzilla. Each roll was so fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything you order at @redmadisonwi ! Love the decor, ambience, and outside seating arrangement. Will be back again soon. Check out @redmadisonwi if you love sushi like I do.

Extraordinarily delish!! Loved the seasonal rolls and the classics were so tasty. Excellent service. The green tea was superb with loose leaf tea! A nice view of the snow showers while dining. A lovely experience!!
