Rally's Hamburgers - Madison

So mistakes happen kinda infrequently. But whenever you try and call to tell them what happened, like paying for a double rally burger w/ cheese but get a single, and it constantly go to voice mail. Makes one wonder if they're doing it on purpose to cutcorners on costs on their end and increase profits. Food is always good. But this right here disgruntles me intensely.

Drive-thru (as usual) prompt efficient. Staff proficient w tasks friendly. Food was exceptional. Correct temperature fries! As always, their fries were out of this world! I had not had a mushroom swiss burger for months! My mushroom swiss waseven better than I remembered! Good to the very last bite! Finger lickin' good!

This the second time recently I've been to this location rallys and had a bad experience in quality of the food. I got a chicken bites box and my chicken is hard old and burnt and dry on the inside and the fries jus taste very old. I love this fast foodfranchise in particular but this location isn't cutting it anymore

Undercooked chicken sandwich. Missing items from order on multiple occasions. Staff seemed to be under the influence. Wearing sunglasses inside and loud vulgar music. The food that was proper did taste good

Every time my fiancé and I receive food from Rally's it is always hot, made correctly, and the items ordered are all accounted for. We have NEVER had misplaced food, forgotten items, or even things not removed or added to our orders. The quality and foodare unmatched!
