Potbelly - Madison

The only problem we encountered was that an item was missing from our order. We did not receive one of the two soups we had requested. Apart from that, the food was delicious and prepared in a timely manner (we had arranged for a pickup). However, it seems that a simple check of items before handing them out could prevent errors like this in the future.

I was really looking forward to trying out Potbelly for a change of pace, but when I arrived, it seemed like the employees were unenthusiastic about being there. They were coughing, in a bad mood, and practically threw my order at me. There was no interaction and it felt like they did not want me there. The employees came across as if they were being forced to be there. Overall, the customer service was poor. The food tasted as bad as the employees seemed to feel. I definitely will not be returning.

People not paying attention to detail or care. Premade sandwiches from a gas station would of been a better option instead of the $30 in sandwiches we bought here.

For a 4 star rated place was very underwhelmed, both by the food and the service. Not the worst sub I've ever had, but will not recommend it be coming back.

Great subs both hot and cold. Clean dining area and bathrooms.
