Potbelly - Madison

The only problem was a missing item. We don't have any of the two soups we ordered. Other than that, the food was good, and done on time (we had a planned pickup). But a basic audit of the elements seems as if it could easily avoid errors like these.

Tasty sandwiches!! Chicken and cheddar is my favorite.

For a 4 star rated place was very underwhelmed, both by food and service. Not the worst sub I've ever had, but it won't recommend to come back.

It wasn't in Potbelly in a few years. Order a chicken club on Mulitgrain bread with salad onion and Ranch Dressing. Ranch is on the side. Also some BBQ chips.

I was so excited to try out Potbelly for something new and when I arrived there it felt like the employees didn't want to be there. Right away coughs, atmospheric to be at work, and tortured my order in my hands. No interaction and it felt like they didn't want me to be there. The employees came out as if they were in prison. Bad customer service! Food tastes how they felt terrible? would never come back
