Panera Bread - Madison

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly! We thought we would have to pick up our own food, but they brought it to our table, which was a nice surprise. Despite being very busy, our food was served just 5 minutes after we ordered. Overall, it was a great experience!

The food was fantastic and the service was quick! The restaurant was busy with a line, but it moved swiftly and we received our food promptly. Our meals were even brought to our table with a friendly smile. I wish there was a location nearer to Watertown - I would dine there weekly!

I want to give a big thanks to the managers for being incredibly thoughtful and mailing me my wallet that I accidentally left at the restaurant as I was traveling 4.5 hours away. They didn't even charge me for shipping. I will always be a customer because it's rare to find such great service and kind people these days. Also, a special thank you to the gentleman who turned in my wallet. I am truly grateful to all of you. #bekind

Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Of course having a meal with one of my best friends ever made it great.
