Milio's Sandwiches - Madison

You provide excellent service, and the food is consistently amazing! If I could, I would eat it every day!

I ordered delivery, and the warehouse was able to fulfill my order as promised and on time. However, I did not receive a phone call from the store to inform me about any delays. It seems that the management and property at Milios might not be paying their staff enough to ensure timely order fulfillment.

I placed a delivery order 40 minutes before closing, and the app confirmed it. Almost 30 minutes have passed since I ordered, and I haven't received my food or a call to inform me that they couldn't fulfill the order. Update: When I went out to clear the snow at 1 AM, I found my bag of food sitting outside my gate. Not impressed.

For the last ten years, when I created a sandwich, Milios is the place I'm going. Great powerful service and I never had a complaint, unlike subway that tends to give soggy veggies more often then not. Go on!

We have had a few problems with ingredients at this location. Our most recent order was very disappointing. I ordered The Godfather and the lettuce was brown and mostly frozen. The other sandwich we ordered was the chicken bacon club and not only was there one single piece of chicken on the whole sandwich, the bacon was frozen solid.
