Melted - Madison

I wasn 't going to leave any public reviews, as we were promised our money back and I thought they were going to make this right; but two months later, we have received nothing but excuses as to why we don 't have our money back yet . We got married 9/17/22 and had Melted and their sister company, International Catering booked for two food trucks for our 300 person wedding. THE TRUCKS DID NOT SHOW UP. Instead, we received a tiny tent, with enough food for MAYBE 75-100 people. Oh, and the food was cold... they had no food warmers for the trays of meat and mac n cheese. Turns out they double booked and sent their trucks to the Willy St Fair instead of our wedding. I called the Tuesday before our wedding to confirm everything and was told they were all set. We received NO notice; and were left to scramble at 4pm, 1.5 hours before dinner to come up with a way to get everyone fed. We ordered pizzas and pulled out our late night snacks , and still did not have enough food. I could elaborate on the experience, but in summary, it was an extreme disappointment and truly a complete disaster. I understand things happen, but this was inexcusable and the fact that we were promised our money back and STILL don 't have it back is extremely unprofessional. It 's super disappointing that they sent BOTH trucks to Willy St; you 'd think they could 've at least sent one there and one to our wedding.

They were hired to have food at my friends wedding over the fall and completely ruined the experience of a food truck for everyone.. if you want more details check the other reviews on wedding experiences with this company. Looks like they are pretty skilled in scamming people on their wedding days.
