Mcdonald's - Madison

I personally like the occasional meal of McDonald. So if I decide, I always go here. Inside they have touch screens where you can choose what you order, and there is of course also the checkout. My family and I usually go together so that we get a great order as we are a big family, and every time in a while they either forget to give us something or give us the wrong meal. But if we explain to them that we do not have the right order, they repair it politely and we are on the way.

Do not go to this place if you want to get hot food back. We continue to receive food that sits under a heat lamp that tastes cold and terrible. The coffee tastes like water. The service is worse than the food. Learn how to greet people. Take your business to another place, this place is a joke.

Bad service. Do not listen to your order, even if they repeat it for you and you say they have it wrong. Order will be submitted as soon as they return it without confirming its correct

The morning shift people working at 6:00 are fantastic and earn an increase. Always fast and friendly.

This McDonald's didn't give the best service. When my family was getting their food they didn't give us our happy meal or the honey that we asked for, neither the ketchup. I wouldn't go there at night time.
