Mcdonald's - Madison

As with all restaurants in Madison, Florida, everyone is very friendly every time. People are raised right around here and are cordial to each other.

If I could give a zero, I would. Only one staff member was pleasant. The manager was horrible ...food was cold and not correct. I've never gone out of my way to leave a bad review, but here we are. It was that bad.

I went through the drive-through to get a bacon, egg, and cheese mcgrittle, but no cheese. The person who rung up my meal got it right on the recite, but I had to go back and go inside because I was given a sausage, egg, and cheese mcgrittle. The woman asked me what was wrong, and before she even let me finish telling her, she ran off only to bring me the sandwich that I asked for, but with cheese on it. I told her it wasn't supposed to have cheese on it so, she snatched it off the counter and ran back again. So I finally got the sandwich that I asked for that was properly rung up, so I guess the third time was the charm. ??‍?‍

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich. Guess it was April fool on the bill board cause it shows lettuce and tomato on them. When we got the sandwiches and got them out to eat only a pickle and chicken on the sandwich. Very disappointed try to call none of the numbers worked. So. Sad for a business
