Mariner's Inn - Madison

I visited for the Friday Night Fish Fry and ordered the lake perch. It was excellent and there was more food than I could finish. My wife tried the petite salmon and loved it as well. The service was fantastic!

The filet and fried shrimp were outstanding, and the salad was fresh. The hash browns were the best I've ever had!

The bone-in ribeye was cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding, even on a busy Saturday following an afternoon Badger football game. Although the initial bar service was a bit slow, it improved as the evening went on. We dined as a group of eight to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with two complimentary desserts for the occasion. Overall, we had a delightful dining experience!

I had not visitied the Mariners for a long time due to moving out of Madison. However, our visit recently, on a busy Friday night, with 8 people was terrific. Jack greeted me like an old friend and our waitperson, Rob, was over the top on service. The food was excellent and the hash browns, as I remembered them, remain as delicious as I remember them.
