The staff are rude and display a sense of entitlement. They ignore you when you arrive and often speak in their native language, completely disregarding your presence. The sauce containers are dirty as well. Overall, I would rate my experience a 2 out of 10. As for the food, I would give it a 1 out of 5.

This restaurant is truly outstanding! The owner is extremely kind and welcoming. Each time you return, you develop a wonderful rapport with them. They are genuinely cool and show a real concern for their customers. I feel valued by them, and I certainly respect them in return. I would give it 20 stars if that were possible! Food: 5/5

If you’re really hungry, this might not be the ideal place for you. The service can be a bit slow because they make everything from scratch. Unfortunately, the food was a bit overcooked; I ordered the cod, and it turned out to be quite rubbery. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly. However, the atmosphere could definitely use some enhancement.

My first visit today and I order 3 pieces of catfish and a order of fried okra it was very good and I will go back for more especially the okra I love that it didn’t have a lot of breading on it just perfect!

Ordered a 6 piece chicken and fish meal they only gave me small wings, no breasts or legs. They weren't very good and took nearly 30 minutes. I'll stick with Hy-Vee chicken. Fries were decent.
