The other reviews that mention poor service and that the restaurant closes early without adjusting their hours are absolutely correct. I have timestamps from my photos as proof. Their posted hours were until 7 PM, but at 5:17, my server used hand signals to communicate with other staff that they would close early at 5:45 and flipped the restaurant sign around. At 5:23, he set up ropes and turned the menu sign to deter new customers. By 5:35, he began flipping chairs on tables and turning people away aggressively, insisting they needed to order immediately if they wanted to eat and take their food to go. They even dimmed the lights around us. When I finally received my food, a friend arrived, but since the staff didn’t want to take any more orders and were closing, she just shared the appetizers I had already ordered. We barely had a few minutes to eat before they turned off the lights completely. I noticed my server was on his phone behind my friend, sitting near a long table piled with flipped chairs, anxiously shaking his leg as if waiting for us to leave. He would sigh loudly and wander around before leaning on a counter. Feeling uncomfortable with the lights off and the atmosphere, we decided to leave even though we hadn’t finished our food. The cheese curds were burnt and hard, and the pretzel bites were just oily sticks with cold, hardened cheese for dipping—I couldn’t even dip anything into it. The service was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t believe how the restaurant staff treated their customers.

The burger was acceptable but a bit dry. The service left much to be desired; Jeff was quite rude when we requested a menu, which made us consider leaving. Additionally, we didn't receive the small cup of coleslaw that was supposed to come with the meal and had to ask for it.

Mad Town? They ought to call it Sad Town. 40 bucks for 3 pretzel sticks and a chicken sandwich that was not fit for consumption on a stale bun. Really, really sad.
