Update: I went back again today. The staff is rude and terrible. I asked for a free green donut for st. Patty’s day like it says in the ads and the manager didn’t want to do it for my daughter because she was only wearing green hair band. I just spent $15 on the stupid donuts yesterday. How hard is it to give a kid a free donut? Where is the good customer service. You get these ghetto idiots working there who don’t care about the customers at all. You guys are jerks. It should be fun and happy to get donuts. They cost like $0.20 each for the company. You can give one free one to a kid a few times a year. I hate going there now. Talk about leaving a bad taste in my mouth.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Ghetto employees who hate customers.

The customer service is horrible I don’t recommend this

I was told they were out of chocolated iced so i asked just a moment to reconfigure my order.yet the rude drive thru worker repeatedly asked me can I take your order ! There wasnt a line at all..i didn 't understand his rush. I then placed my order... for someone in such a rush he couldn 't remember what I requested..i repeated my order only to be told they were out of chocolate iced Kreme filled. I drove 30 minutes for nothing but attitude.Update-/came back 1 week later they closed@8:20(closing time is 9. Turn the lights off blantantly ignored me in the drivethru. I had to park and get out for them to tell me they where closed. I hate to say this but its beyond ghetto. I hate that the location in Hendersonville closed.

Worst location. Donuts was old cold. Staff was all sitting around chilling on their phones. Not worth the drive or wait time considering it’s the only one open near the downtown Nashville area. Y’all suck.
