Grading this against other mom and pop Chinese maybe 1 in rank exceptional. A 5. MAYBE 3 more rank above average and get a 4. The rest are average or below. The sweat and sour was chicken and sauce. Not a piece of pepper or pineapple. The kon pow was OK. Was not looking for super special and did not get it.
