Hoboken Eddies - Madison

This was my first experience at this restaurant, and I was really impressed. The staff made me feel right at home, like I was part of the family. The food was also amazing.

What a special dining experience! Eddie is fantastic. We dined there tonight and were so pleased. He made sure we left satisfied. The food was top-notch!

The brisket at this restaurant was the best I've ever had! The staff were so kind and friendly. I will definitely be coming back soon to enjoy more brisket and show my gratitude!

We stopped in after Clifty Falls from out of town and let me tell you…absolutely the best brisket and ribs we have ever had. It’s just a little place in an area that you may question at first, but relax and enjoy. This man will not let you leave without ensuring that you are completely full.

I've been to Madison many times, but this past Friday I came across reviews for Hoboken Eddie's. It was not just a place for the best food and BBQ I've ever had, but the whole experience left me in awe of this guy. He asked what we liked and didn't like, and started putting food in front of us. The brisket was to die for, the ribs were delectable, and the acorn squash dessert was delicious. When he told me he was a world renowned chef and had been on Paula Deen's first show, I had to watch as soon as I got in my car. He sent us with hot sauce and 2 waters for the long drive home. I look forward to going back.
