Waffle House - Madison Heights

The music at this restaurant is terrible. No matter how many credits you use or how much you put into the jukebox, someone always seems to be mocking your music choices. I'm convinced it's one of the employees who is on their phone and purposely changing the selections people make. After today, I’ll be looking for a different place to go.

There's a new male chef at this restaurant, and he cooks very well! I hope he stays on. The staff is wonderful, and there's plenty of parking available.

The restaurant offers a peaceful and tidy atmosphere, frequented by many regular customers engaged in lively conversations. The food is excellent, the surfaces are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

At Madison Heights Waffle House for breakfast/dinner. It amazes me how our younger youth has no customer service skills. On two separate occasions I have thanked the waitress and her reply was “No Problem”. Not going to have a problem not leaving her a tip and if she asks why I will simply say ”No Problem” and truthfully mean it. Two other customers here and every table I attempted so sit at was filthy. It was a obvious the two employees working were the bottom of the barrel.
