Ram's Horn - Madison Heights

I had the French toast and a cheese and mushroom omelette. The food was excellent, the bathroom was clean, and the service was just right.

I would give five stars solely for the service. It was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. This is what you would expect from top-tier restaurants, but unfortunately, it's something that's been lacking lately. Nothing has changed since my childhood. The food has a lot of flavor, which I really enjoy!

This place looks very beautiful from the outside and the parking lot was new again. they go into the restaurant and the furniture were old, not updated at all, I am here several times. there were only 5 people in the restaurant and the workers. the one waitress was on her phone while the other waitress was on the floor. our food was not good. the potato skins were hard, the fish fillets were good, but could have baked less on them. the French french were also good, soft and hot. the service was good, but do not know why there are no customers? it is from 13 miles and dequindre area.

Ok, let me start. I take my Jacket off to sit down and instantly realized I made a mistake. It is freezing inside the building. I hurry and get my winter jacket back on. Me and my mother order... mind you there 's literally only 2 other patrons here with us. After 25 minutes and no food, we ask about our order, our waitress is balancing on the back of one of the booth backs touching the dirty ceiling with bare hands. She jumps down and grabs our food that had been sitting there getting cold with bare hands that just touched the ceiling. I ordered something called a breakfast bowl? All it was is a bowl of gravy that was horrible. Picture included. I 've wrote enough. Biscuits were horrible too. Pop was ok though. Go get a carry out Pepsi anytime. 7.5 hours later: As I am dealing with the ramifications my wonderful breakfast afforded me, I speak to my mother (co-patron) about my struggle throughout the day, I ask if she read this review? She says yes, but I forget about the flies... And yes I did. On top of everything already mentioned, I had gnats (very small black fly) flying around my suspected food and face. She tried to clap hands and kill one and paused, saying she thinks she got it. Hands are then slowly opened to check for a culprit... Nothing. I said it 's probably in the food and it 'll be supplemental protein. True story.
