When I changed the noodles to L size, the portion was quite large. However, the texture of the noodles was like chewing rubber and I couldn't taste any flavor. I feel sorry for people who know this restaurant as a good Vietnamese noodle restaurant. I think the best dish at this restaurant is the sprite. The Pho is clear and smooth with lots of flavor. Fresh in taste and amazing meatballs with sliced beef. I love the intimate dining and the service is quick and delightful. My daughter and I have been here several times. They offer vegan options, as well as meat options. The Pho is delicious. Large portions with fresh ingredients. The dining area is small, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 people in a party. Service is great.
