Pizza Hut - Madison Heights

They made a mistake and told me I didn't order a 2-liter pepsi. It took a few minutes, but I got my pepsi. They even stayed open to get my pepsi, pizza and cinnamon bread. The only thing I didn't like was the Pepsi thing. other than... Excellent customer service.

Thank God for Dave. He is the only reason I give this facility a 5-star rating. After Dave had such a terrible experience with the National Call Center, Dave took care of my order and had it ready for me in time. Customer service was exceptional.

Had no pizza hat in over a decade, but saw a commercial recently and thought I would try again. It was a great pizza. Baked with the right amount of toppings.

Pizza Hut 14 mile and John R we ordered family box. Contact less delivery was good. Pizzas ok and nothing changed

Delivery service is always fast and friendly however this time I was missing the Pepsi with my order. The delivery person told me that I could call the restaurant and they would refund the money for the missing Pepsi and I was okay with that. Within 20 minutes there was a knock on the door and it was the delivery person with my Pepsi! That impressed me so much. Thank you Pizza Hut for hiring great people!
