Kfc - Madison Heights

Ordered a 8 peice meal. Got to window and they told us they was out of breast. Ask if we would take thighs to replace, we ask if if would be a price difference they said no if you dnt want thighs you can wait 25 minutes, last trip here, ill take my buisness to Popeyes!

I ordered the 16 piece and the chicken was great but when it says 4 large sides then it needs to be large sides I got single portion sides the Mac and cheese was enough to feed my 3 year old granddaughter the reason I picked up food for my family outing was so I didn?t have to cook but ended up adding sides to the LARGE sides I already paid for won?t go back

I ordered a drink, and when I pulled up, the manager offered it to me for free, acting friendly. However, when I tried the soda, it tasted terrible. When I attempted to return it and explain that it didn’t taste right, she was quite rude. I would give this experience a 1 out of 10 and definitely do not recommend it.

The staff were polite and attentive. The drive-thru service was quick. The chicken was served hot and juicy.

I miss the $20 fill-up; I think it's now $30, but overall, everything in our order was correct, and the service was fast and friendly, so I can't really complain. Also, even though it may have been a hassle for them, I ordered the strawberry lemonade, which was supposed to come in a half-gallon jug, but they accidentally gave us a full gallon instead. I was really happy about that because the drink is SO GOOD! LOL
