Domino's Pizza - Madgaon

My Second Visit to Dominos after the one in Panjim, The Margao one is Little Bigger and Less Conjusted. Service is Very Average but all Options were Provided. Pizza Quality and Taste is the good Part of the review, My wife and I were the 7th in Queue but we hardly had to wait for 5 to 7 mins. there is a decent amount of Space for Parking. Also, Post a movie at Inox, A pizza at Dominos would always sound like a good plan to me. With the GST stepping in, You may find it a bit Costly.

Utterly appalling service and handling of customers, I had called them to place an order and was told they were out of ingredients and that i could pass on my mobile number to the executive and they would get back to me in 30 mins, which i did so...!Unfortunately 1 hour passed and i never received the promised call, starving i decided to give them a call on my own and a young lady picked up to which her response was a quick "hello, hello" and hardly gave me the space or time needed to respond to her and she disconnected the damn call...I called back but kept my anger in check and ordered my pizzas, upon which i requested for them to do a home deliver upon which the representative told me to come pick it up instead, i duly informed her that i do not have any means of transport and had to fervently ask for it to be delivered to my house...totally disgusting customer service...!Like 0 0EditDelete

Average service ..we order combo pizza but pizza test was not upto the mark.test wise it's better to have pizza in pizza Hut.

The pizzas at this Dominos location were superior compared to other outlets in India, but the seating area was cramped and the washroom was not clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the generous amount of breadcrumbs in the crust and the ample toppings on the pizza. I would recommend only visiting this place for takeout or with a small group of 2-3 people, as it may be difficult to find seating. Additionally, the air conditioning was noisy and disruptive.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I called to place an order and was told they were out of stock. I was asked to leave my number for a call back within 30 minutes, but never received one. When I called back, I was met with a quick and rude response from a young lady who barely gave me a chance to speak before hanging up. After finally placing my order, I had to insist on a home delivery as they initially wanted me to pick it up. The customer service was completely unacceptable. I would rate it 0/5.
