The app may be convenient, but it's pointless when the drive-through still provides faster service. In my opinion, this location should be avoided because they consistently fail to get things done correctly. Additionally, they struggle to express gratitude and expect the paying customer to possess all the necessary customer service skills.

They just direct all drive thru orders to the waiting stalls. Over 8 cars going on over 15 min. Terrible service
Why is it so difficult to make the food on time. On several occasions I was the only one in the drive thru and yet I had to wait to get my food for well over 10 minutes. Why does In N Out have better service despite having bigger lines ?
