I ordered a cake for my dads birthday on Weds, scheduled a pick up after 8pm on Saturday. Went to pick up the cake and it was never made. I asked if it could be ready by 10am the following day and was told no. I NEVER received a call saying my cake order needed to be cancelled. I verified my phone number on the order and they had my correct phone number written. Apparently they couldn?t make my pre ordered cake due to a power outage, and the girl said her manager called me, which she did not call. Very dissapointed in their customer service, and my girls were sad that the cake they picked out for their grandpa was never made.

They are so friendly and welcoming but when I wanted to start ordering I have noticed they are serving the people and taking the ice cream they?re not wearing gloves I had to step out that is no no in the food industry

Oh man, where can I start? This store has just gone downhill, the fact that they're constantly changing personnel says a lot. We have been coming here for a long time but lately customer service has simply gotten worse. It's probably time to try other ice cream places. Too bad I can't give zero stars!!

I called to inquire about the available cakes, but was informed that they couldn't go check for me. I found this quite disappointing, especially since I was planning to make a purchase.

Adrianna the ?manager? was wayyy too rude had TERRIBLE customer service by her! Ugly attitude for no reason!! Other customers, while in line, were also saying the same!! Will be going somewhere else next l time. No thanks.
