Nando's Kingsway - Madeley

The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic! Since the renovations, this place has definitely stepped up its game! It's my favorite spot in the area. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere!

Overall, the service was mostly good—fast and attentive, with fresh food. However, I wish they would properly season the chips with peri peri salt or even just regular salt. Instead, they just sprinkle a little peri peri on top after placing them in a bag, so we end up having to pour the chips onto a plate at home and season them ourselves. Additionally, a couple of weeks ago, we received an incomplete order; the chips were missing, the burgers were a bit cold, and the buns weren’t fresh.

Amazing customer service. My newly diagnosed celiac kid lover her meal. The manager and the team made me feel very at ease while I was asking about cross contamination etc. We will definitely travel to eat at this specific nandos even if there are a few closer to home.

Unfortunately the service and the food quality wasn't that terrific. The chicken fillets in the burger were small in size and somewhat dried out. Waited a long time for meal. Left thinking $26 and what did I get. Perhaps I am forced to go to KFC for my next chicken Burger. Quite disappointed!!!!
