One Life - Madeleine (La)

Because we had to celebrate 30 years in a dignified and disinhibited way, it's a nice address I was looking for. One Life is the perfect place to welcome your friends for a completely private party. The service was superb, always in small care. Possibility to take topped boards. We can also bring his food to preserve your pockets. I loved to be able to put MY music and change it as the temperature rises. Anyway, a very good bar. I'll go back with pleasure to test the bar in the middle of the strangers. In the meantime my friends loved it!

I offered my friends to go to this bar on Saturday night, to change some of the bars we usually go. The server is super nice, and its foreign accent carries us directly into remote areas. He does not yet understand all the words in French but it gives the opportunity to revise his English a little; . The decoration is quite sober, but nice and the original touch are the red and green spots on the ceiling. The prices are rather basic (5 euros the alcohol-free cocktail, 7.5 or 8 euros the cocktails with alcohol, there is an interesting happy hour to pay less. They also make boards, we tasted cheese board and charcuterie board, both good.

A bar that deserves to be known. A nice atmosphere, but... It is up to you to change this atmosphere since you can put the music of your choice there. The boss is very nice, in little care, just like servers. The happy hours is very interesting: 1 glass purchased 1 glass offered. However, when you are a lot the ticket system is not very convenient. Another flat also on the slightly slow service, as if it was necessary to take its time for the happy hour to be over ..

We had the opportunity to test One Life during an afterwork with friends. We were a Tuesday, so the atmosphere was calm. The after hour is very interesting here: 1 glass consumed a 2nd free glass! If that's not good?! The boss is very nice, puts you at ease with her charming accent and offers you to participate in the choice of music. What to bring his touch a few minutes in this place while hearing himself talking! My friends were disappointed by the cocktails. They are well presented but clearly lacked flavor. Perso, I took a beer pressure... a sure value! So nothing to say. At the base, I wanted to attribute 3 stars to this bar for cocktail stories, the fact that we had super cold... Small things like that. But I will finally put 4 stars because the background is good and deserve to be revisited a weekend to create another atmosphere. And then... I'm very sensitive to the fact that we can speak English. Everything can still be switched! :
