Bistro Truck - Madeleine (La)

I had the opportunity to test this food truck a while ago. I had to go back! The welcome is really top, possibility to order by phone, no waiting when arriving. I was tempted by the Brooklyn, buns, chopped steack, cheddar, tomato, salad, caramelized onions, American sauce. Killing! The products are fresh and good! Burger fried or raw 8€. Anyway I recommend Bistro Truck!

I crossed the Bistro Truck road at a Gymnasium evening in Roubaix. O joy to test a new food truck lillois! Too bad, I arrived too late, there was no more Ch'teese, the burger that was still holding my arms, with his Vinage Square... so bad! So I chose the Brooklyn (cheddar/oignonscaramelized/steak/bacon). A big juicy burger really bad at all! The bread is soft, and the little onions with salty butter... After that, it's completely subjective, I'm not a graaande lard fan, so I could have gone from that ingredient. Only small, weak point, according to me: fries. Not bad, no, but a little too big for me! Finally, I join Guillaume O. on this point: the service is nice and very fast, despite the queue! A very good point for Bistro Truck!
