Madeira Corner Cafe - Madeira Park

Absolutely outstanding! We travel everywhere and frequent B&B's. Pam and Dennis are hands down the best hosts we have been fortunate enough to encounter. Want an incredibly wonderful couple. The home is perfectly outfitted and arranged, with spectacular views set in such a way as to make them visible not only from the porch, hot tub, dining area and rooms, but from the bed and always the first thing you see upon awaking. Hospitality driven, they are at your service in every way from the first meeting to the last goodbye. Tour guides to chefs. Every need and want was met. Thank you both for providing an amazing introduction to British Columbia and the Sunshine Coast.

If you 're looking for a break from the many fried food options in the area, come here for a delicious just like home cooked meal. We enjoyed flavorful grilled chicken and salmon meals. The chicken was crisped to perfection and the salmon was topped with a fresh strawberry mango relish. We went on a quiet weeknight, but mic stands hinted at more lively weekends.

This place is GREAT. My family and I recently spent 3 nights in the area and I think we dined here 6 times, trying breakfast, lunch and dinner. Consitently, the service was super friendly and the food was excellent. These folks pull off a noteworthy gluten free benny, a fine dining grade braised rib and everything in between. Thanks for the meals!

We've been to the Mad Park Bistro several times for lunch and dinner. Really enjoyed each meal. The lunches, especially, have been terrific. I've had a burger at the bistro that was probable one of the best I've ever had. This is a relatilvey new entity. Emile's, the original bistro, moved his operation to Gibsons and Lisa, who managed Emile's, took over and renamed it the Mad Park Bistro. As such they're working on the menu selections quite a bit to fit the desires of the local customers. We found the dinner menu to be higher priced than we were looking for and are pleased that the bistro has recently responded by modifying their menu. Look forward to further reviews as we visit the bistro in the coming weeks.

Great little bakery. You have a variety of breakfast options, with a good coffee to boot. Their baked goods are quite nice as well. Everything is fairly priced, on top of being good which is why they get five stars
