Church's Texas Chicken - Macon

No the best customer service...the management needs to hire more and train employees better.

Everyone know covid is real but why have a sign saying only two people allowed in the lobby. Then Church's has a sign saying masks required and not abide by the rules. Also I asked the so called manager Jamsia C. About it and she shrugged it off and was like anyway how can I help you with a smug look on her face. They haven't washed and disinfected the screen above the counter in who knows how long. I know someone in the health dept. Maybe I'll give them a call. My fries was burnt so was the mac and cheese. Will not be back. Do better church's

Nice, but only the trip was available. n the line was long, but with our order we had to wait longer. we ordered the blackpepper roasted chicken flour it is worth a try if you never had it. bae loves it and order it at every opportunity.

This location was not as good as the Thomaston location. The same Texas 3pc. cost 8.01 at Pio Nio was 6.41. The chicken tasted old the 3pc. at the Pio Nio location was skimpy pcs. Will never go there again. I told her for 8.01 this is what I get, she gave another drumstick! Anyway, I wasn't a good experience.

This is the worst place ever!!! The chicken is overcooked, they charged me extra, stole my biscuits because they didn 't include them in my meal and I live too far away to come and get it. They are unprofessional and ghetto. They thought is was ok to say ok ms. Big money! Which is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! THE WORST!! NEVER GO HERE, EVER!!
