Sweet Spot - Mackinaw City

We were on the hunt for a fun place since our kids wanted to pick up some candy, and you can imagine how excited everyone was! They definitely weren't let down. The ice cream was amazing, and there were so many interesting sodas that we each tried one. I think the taffy is the best in the city! The staff were very patient and friendly. We’ll see you next year!!!

The flavors here are absolutely delightful. We sampled five different ice creams, and each one had its own unique taste. The portions are generous, making it feel like a great value for the money. The staff was friendly, and the place was tidy. I would highly recommend visiting this spot when you're in Mackinaw City. I will definitely return to U.P. on my next trip!

This was the best ice cream we had during our family trip to Mackinaw! While exploring downtown Mackinaw City, we stumbled upon this fantastic shop located right across from the ferry terminal. They offered an incredible variety of flavors to choose from, all at a reasonable price of $4, especially considering the quality of the ice cream. What really stood out was that they made the waffle cones fresh on-site using three different machines. You could truly taste the freshness and crispness of the cones compared to other ice cream shops. I was amazed by the sheer number of flavors available, far more than at any other ice cream shop we visited during our weekend trip. If we had more time, we definitely would have stopped in for a second helping! We ended up ordering Mint Mackinac Island Fudge, strawberry cheesecake, and two delicious chocolate options. My only piece of constructive feedback is that the staff seemed to have a bit of difficulty communicating and listening to customers. Nonetheless, I highly recommend stopping here for some ice cream!

Very much to do, but waiting is worth it. We just wanted her ice cream, and you had options. Daughter LOVED her multicolor waffle cone with cookies and cream, and my sicker bar waffle cone not unpleasant. For every sweet tooth.

I don't usually write reviews, we went to this store, bought ice cream for all our kids. my little one was running all over the place and dropped his ice cream over the floor, we just left, few second after the owner came out and hand us a new ice cream for free, she made my boy's day!
