Just tried the carrot canker and butterscotch muffin both were dry and powdery, the carrot cake was like just mixed powder with no liquid Everytime I order a tea I ask for no milk for my dad and they always put milk in it Never polite, paid with cash today it was snatched off me and change was just thrown on the counter

Absolutely love coming down to Muffin Break! Really tasty food and GREAT coffee!!

Upstairs muffin break is absolutely SHOCKING. Ordered $50+ worth of food, and they tried to serve me the sausage/spinach feta rolls FROZEN. Later after I left I realised that 1) parts of my order was MISSING a tomato feta tart was ordered but was absent from the pile of bagsI received; 2) gave the INCORRECT item to what was ordered a cheesecake slice was given instead of the mud cake that was ordered: 3) tomato sauce given instead of barbecue sauce; 4) sausage rolls that’s frozen and uncut….The mistakes would’ve been somewhat understandable if the cafe was busy but this was at 9:30am with myself and another lady as the only customers. Incompetent staff who cant even follow simple orders and were rude and dismissive to customers. I won’t ever be coming back.

I always enjoy the muffins from muffin break. I recently ordered a coffee from here too and was pleasantly surprised. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but the latte was delicious. It was the perfect temperature and not too strong. I really enjoyed it. The pricing is reasonable and the customer service was nice. Thanks!

Was served by a young lady with red and black hair today, I believe her name was ebony? Or possibly Emma? Absolutely brilliant customer service, I was recently diagnosed as both gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant and she guided me through what I can and cannot eat from muffin break! 100% coming back with friends!
