Kool Temptations Bubble Tea Cafe

I haven't come across a bubble tea place that can compare. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Never had a problem with the service. There is an incredible range of flavours, you'll never get bored. Only downside is it can be quite sweet but I personally can live with that. The shop is so cute and I love going in there. Always clean and presentable. They are covid safe, have hand sanitizer, and plenty of signs

This place is fantastic. The service is always fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The bubble teas are amazing, I would highly recommend them. The Japanese pancakes are to die for. They are so fluffy and taste wonderful. The new pon de donuts are awesome, so light and fluffy, not at all what I expected. Well worth visiting.

There is something here to suit everyone. Whether it something sweet and fun, or traditional boba; definitely the best bubble tea in Mackay. And the cheesecakes are amazing!!

We tried the peach bubble tea with tapioca pearls, the bubble tea itself was very refreshing and the taste was good also. The only downside was it was too sweet, next time will tell while placing the order to reduce the sugar content.
