Potbelly - Machesney Park

It's better than Subway, no doubt. They have different options of bread and sizes. They serve toasty subs. They have different options of sauces and veggies. The meats are good quality. I recommend the original Italian.Vegetarian options: There are few options, except for salads and one veggie sub there is not much more.Parking: The venue is located in a small plaza, so limited spots for parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Not adequate for kids. This place is more oriented for teenagers and adults.

I pull up to Potbelly in machesney park and there are cones in front of the drive through board so I assume, like the car infront of me that the ordering board is broken. The car in front of me pulls away and I pull up to the window. The rude employee flys open the Window and says we aren't doing drive through that's why the cones are out, Thank you and slams the window before I have an opportunity to say anything. Very rude, maybe block off the drive through lane if you don't want to service customers.

I've been going to Potbelly for a few years, and this is my favorite location! My server Matthew always has a smile on his face, and very horough with my requests. Great job to Potbelly and Machesney Park Potbelly staff.
