Panda Express - Machesney Park

The entire staff working at this restaurant should be fired, including the manager. I placed an order through the app for food and was told that it would be ready for pick up at 5:40. I arrived at the store at 5:50 and waited until 6:15 to finally get my food. As I was leaving, I realized they had forgotten a complete plate in my order and had to go back in. When I asked for a refund, I was told that because I ordered online, they couldn't do anything. If you have ten or more staff members working in the same kitchen and are over an hour behind on orders, the entire staff, including the manager, should be fired. There is no excuse for such poor service at a fast food restaurant. I will never return.

This is my third time coming here for dinner and they have run out of certain dishes, causing me to wait. Last week, I waited and then received an empty plate without food after 12 minutes. Tonight, I ordered string beans and chicken, but was told there was a wait. I waited 7 minutes and received a large portion of chow mein instead of the chicken dish I had ordered. This restaurant has declined in quality and I will not be returning unless there are improvements in the staff or management.

Awful experience! When I went through the drive-thru, the worker was extremely rude. She acted annoyed when I asked for a water with my order. As I picked up my food, she gave me a dirty look and threw the water bottle at me. I was just being polite. The worker had glasses and I believe her name was Alexis or Alexa. She was terrible!!!

Great place to get exciting food. Since it's like a deli you get to see and pick out the food you want

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. This spot puts the one in Janesville, WI to shame.
