Dunkin' - Machesney Park

I haven't received a correct order in months. E. State and Riverside are the best locations. I went back again today, and once again, both my coffee and food were incorrect. What’s the point of a mobile order if they don’t bother to read them? I even requested a new coffee, but they just poured the same wrong coffee into a new cup.

The developer of this restaurant should really consider a career change. The location is poorly chosen, and the interior is cramped. The drive-thru is always backed up, creating traffic problems. I've never been a fan of this chain, and my visit was only for a *free* drink, which ended up wasting over 30 minutes of my time. I will definitely not be coming back.

I placed a to-go order at 7:46 a.m. and left the store at 8:05 with just my drink and no food. I won’t be returning. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. What's the point of ordering ahead if I could have gone through the drive-thru three times in that time? I'm just going to head to Starbucks instead, where at least the staff is polite and attentive. I've been a loyal Dunkin' Donuts customer for many years, but this experience was unacceptable.

Terrible service and the donuts look just as bad. I guess the employees can't be bothered to place the donuts next to each other, they have to stack them.

This is the worst DD. Every time I go there they mess up my order. I get an iced coffee and ask for extra ice but I still get it with barely any ice and one time was room temperature! They also hand you your drinks with lids a mess! Today they didn?t putany mocha in and just creamer. I would give them a zero if I could! Will not go back even though closest to my house. DD onRiverside is the BEST!!
