Matsubara - Maceió

This place has definitely seem better days, but the architecture is great. Some of the rooms have been renovated and some have not, but hey it's a good place to sleep. The food is pretty good, and the service is excellent. Pool and water park are nice as well. Lots of area to explore and it's right across from the beach. FYI, water is nice and hot and the pressure is excellent.

The food could do better. and the beach in the front is for suffers only. I still would go back here because the service was good, the staff very polite.

Tha hotel is not so new and my room was kind of dirty when I got there. But I asked them to clean it up and they did. The pools and the breakfast are great.

Horrible stay, zero stars would best describe the staff and installation. The hotel seems to be stuck at the 80's. 6:30am and someone got locked in a bathroom of another room, funny just because the staff had to hammer the door down to have it opened, waking us up with all the noise. The room itself is very old, faucet and shower are rusted and dripping. The hotel seems to lack staff, with any simple ask taking several hours to be cared. With the exception of one of the employees who seems to be the one responsible for all the maintenance in the hotel, nothing else works. Windows are dirt and the view from the 3rd floor is poor and sad. Horrible stay, I don't recommend, and will never stay here again. With the wide range of options available in the city, I recommend you check other options. The pictures in the website are old and do not reflect the reality.

The hotel was so good with a nice room service. the breakfast had various types of cakes, cookies and juices, they are good at as many things as the swimming pools and the restaurant in general. the hotel is located in front of the beach and it has a beautiful view of the sea, the rooms are large and it has a large bathroom and beautiful bed.
