Mcdonald's Silk Retail Park

Sat for ages in the (usually VERY slow) drive though queue which didn 't move at all this time !. Drove off and noticed people were stood inside too, no one came out with food while we waited, kitchen problems yet again. Such a shame as the food quality is usually 'good ', friendly staff and most orders correct. McDonalds sort out the very poor efficiency at this place !!

Fast food? Yeah right… 1 hour 20mins waiting for food via Click Serve this evening. Turns out they had lost the order. No sorry. No offer of a refund. No manager or team leader to be seen. Wasn’t just me in the boat. Shower of s !

My food came with some sort of string as a topping. I've tried to make contact to raise a complaint but it's pretty obvious they couldn't care less.

Absolutely shocking, took 45 minutes to from ordering on the machine to get the food and then upon receipt it was all cold. Staff have no urgency at all, kitchen looks pure chaos and staff just ignore the many frustrated customers at the counter. McDonald’s normally are quite reliable for decent service but this needs a total overhaul of staff and management. Genuinely abysmal.

I don 't eat McDonald 's stuff, too small and tasteless. I went with my granddaughter to get stuff for others. Dreadful, several UBER eats drivers shouting at the staff, staff shouting back. Couldn 't order a big Mac with only gherkin on the order machines. Told the server what I wanted, he said OK, it came with cheese. 45 minutes to get what I didn 't order. Glad the food wasn 't for me, it was for my wife, she fancied a burger !! Doubt she 'll want another. I went home and had edible cheese on toast.
