Domino's Pizza - Macclenny

I hardly leave reviews, especially bad ones. However, we ordered two large pizzas from Dominos this evening online around 5:15 for delivery. We were told that it would be about 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, I tried to call the store and waited on thephone for over 20 minutes the first time calling. Someone answered and said ?please hold? but kept me on hold. I called themback and got a manager who also said ?please hold.? I quickly said ?No? I need to talk with someone. He looked up my order andtold me that they had not even started on our pizzas ????. At this time it had been almost 1hr 20minutes since we ordered. Hetold us it would be another 45 to 50 minutes before it could be delivered. I told him to cancel our order. I then called PizzaHut and they have made our pizza and had it delivered in 30min. Hot and Fresh! Don?t waste your time on ?Slow Dough Dominos?

They are super cool ppl. A Kinda unsung hero if you will. Not the pizza I deserve, but the pizza I needed. Foods great tho.

This Domino 's location is trash. The owners should honestly close up shop. After the last 2 orders were terrible, not to mention untimely. The pizza is almost always under done. It 's the same problem Pizza Hut and Little Caesars have in Macclenny. There areDomino 's stores that serve good pizza, even if it 's the equivalent of McDonalds, but this location is not one of them. It feelslike they speed their pizzas thru the oven to get more orders out in a shorter amount of time. This results in pizza being underdone and near raw. Pizza crust should have more color than the plain, barren, white walls found in the homes of people who haveno sense of taste. I have requested well done numerous times, but never received a well done pizza from this location.Macclenny needs a Marco 's or Papa Johns, but, it 'll never happen.

Placed order on app. Said prepped and pu at 725 pm. Pizza never got made. Guy at register said app lied. Nice job Domino's. Added...I left. Got an alert pizza was in the oven. I had someone else waiting on the pizza! I went back. Kudos tothem for giving me the pizza gratis so I added a star.

Today I had one of the worst pizzas ever from Domino?s. Cold, old, and dry is how I would describe it. It reminds of pizza from a gas station. Actually that?s an insult to the gas station pizza. After the first bite I tossed the whole pizza in the garbage.It was a horrible chewing experience. I will no longer be ordering food from Domino?s. Also this is the second time I?ve notbeen satisfied, I don?t need to make it a third time to know I?m not going back.
