Feng Wei Ju - Macau

As compared to the last time when I had my dinner there in 2017, the standard dropped a lot. Very disappointed.

A must visit restaurant in Macao if you like spicy food. Very cheap, while very tasty. The shares are also quite large, making the value presentation even better! The plates and the decor left me with a very special impression of the restaurant.

This two-star Michelin restaurant is located on the 5th floor of the StarWorld Hotel. The location is very luxurious and stylish and the service is impeccable. Prices are not so high when you look at the place and the decor. We visited noon on Tuesday without reservation and we sat immediately. The restaurant was initially empty, but completely filled during lunch. We shared a few records: Brat pork bell Mao style (I didn't enjoy this dish, something about the aftertaste was wrong for me, but my friend enjoyed it), Lanzhou beef noodle soup (flavorful broth and delicate beef served with excellent hand-guided noodles that you can see the cooking in the kitchen pull at the back of the restaurant pork pans). We had a great lunch and a very good experience, but I wasn't so impressed by this restaurant food, as I was by many of the one star Michelin restaurant we tried in Hong Kong. We haven't visited many two star Michelin restaurants, and the menu is very extensive, so we may not have ordered all the right dishes, so I might have missed the most important dishes. Nevertheless, for the price and the service level, it is definitely worth a visit.

Authentic Hunan meals. Tastes great at good prices.

Fricken big Sichuan food. Spicy, fresh, tasty. You can go kick rocks if you think differently.
