Roman's Pizza Soshanguve - Mabopane

The service was good. There were only 2 seats inside and majority of benches 5 to be exact are outside and it was a bit cold this evening. More seats should be added inside.

Telephone ordering is bad, it's either they don't answer or the line is bad. They don't want to substitute source like from tomato source to BBQ source.i understand that mayo is extra charge but other sources are being substituted at other Romans.

Their online and call-and-collect services are great... Even during month end!

I had a disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed my order over the phone, and the person assisting me was both rude and impatient. She raised her voice and spoke in an overly casual manner, as if she were talking to a friend rather than a customer. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't ready at the counter, and I had to wait five minutes, even though I could see that my order was prepared and I was ready to pay. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired.

I visited the restaurant eager to make a purchase, but I was completely ignored. There were three people handling the cash register, yet none of them acknowledged me. Feeling disappointed, I decided to leave and go to Debonairs instead.
