Contribuiți la feedbackThe real issue arose when a girl came from the back and interrupted me while I was speaking to the cashier, trying to explain my situation. She mentioned something about the receipt, which I never received. As I was telling the cashier that I was okay with paying for it, the cook leaned over the counter to tell another employee that I was trying to get free food. If the girl hadn’t interrupted, she would have realized that wasn’t true at all. This incident left me feeling uneasy, especially since I often come to this location.
I visited the drive-thru and was really impressed by the young lady who took my order. She was not only friendly but also incredibly patient. She greeted me warmly, asked if I could hold for a moment, and then took my order without any rush. When I reached the window to pay, I made sure to tell her how well she was doing. I learned that there were only two employees working that day, which made her excellent service even more commendable. Great job on going above and beyond to take care of your customers and showing pride in your work! I truly appreciate your efforts. I wish more people had the same level of commitment to their jobs. I will definitely be coming back!
I am no longer impressed with this restaurant location. The service is slow, the staff seems incompetent, and the prices are too high for what you get. It took an hour for my food to arrive, and by that point, all I wanted to do was head home. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have expected my order to be correct, as it was far from it. I ordered a triple #7 burger medium, along with a Southwest avocado salad that was supposed to come with grilled chicken. Instead, I received a cold burger with just one patty instead of three, and the fries were both cold and old. To top it off, my salad was missing the chicken and dressing. This isn't the first time I've received a wrong order from this restaurant, but it will definitely be the last.
Fast forward 10 months after my initial review. If you close an hour or two past the current time why are the lights off outside and no one taking orders when employees can clearly be seen inside. I?m gone learn to just stay home and cook. Fast food service truly sucks in this day and time. My order is usually correct, but not today. I got two 4 for $4 deals around 11:30. I even asked for extra barbecue sauce. I got home, sat down, took my food items out, and realized I did not have my chicken nuggets. Neither did my son. Seeing that I ordered the deal I was very disappointed that we were missing food. I?m not driving back up the road for nuggets so a two star rating it is. I will say the Wendy?s staff on Floyd are usually friendly. Today must have been an off day or busy day for them.
Ok I NEVER write bad reviews, but my service was so bad this morning 9/7/22 around 8:30a. I just had to to tell you all to go to another location. First I opened the Wendy's app to see what coupons they have, seen the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits for BOGO, cool I'll stop by. I went through the drive-true, ordered pulled around, no one was at either window, waited like 3-4 min then she came and didn't say anything just opened the window and stood there. I showed her my phone , she scanned the coupon and still didn't say anything (I'm waiting on my total), so I gave her my card anyway, she gave me my bag and yet she still didn't say anything (guess she was on the phone), no receipt so I pull off, check my account and she didn't apply the coupon. I went back thru the drive thru and told her and she was like, yeah that's for mobile order only with BIG attitude. Now I use this app all the time at other locations and when its for mobile order it don't load for in store or it clearly says mobile order. I'm 1000% sure she is STEALING money from this location and that's why she avoids giving receipts and clearly lying about Appling the coupon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this location, they don't seem to care who they hire. Pretend you care a little, just a little if I'm spending my hard earned money.. at least put her in the back cooking, definitely don't need to be customer facing.
