Almost all the pancakes and bagels were also available glutenfree. The pancakes were delicious! I feel completely fine after have breakfast here so I feel like it is a Celiac friendly place:

I loved every bit of this cozy place, right next to the train station. We called a dabbin bagel and the queen of the jungle pancake. it was all so delicious. we were very pleased to stumble over this place and we found so many vegan options. the pancakes were super soft and fluffy made with so much love we did not find them dry. the ladies who managed the bar were so warm and welcoming. would recommend to everyone in and around maastricht to visit this. especially if they are vegan, they have to go here. I loved it. many thanks for a great breakfast. it made my day
