They can absolutely disregard the review that their bibimbap is not authentic because they use chop meat. please know that we use chopmeat in bibimbap very often and widely used. it was very authentic and good bibimbap for me and in a Korean : I even thought it would probably make better bibimbap than I. very nice small place for a small lunch break while walking through the city. beautiful selection of small things that they sell and also beautiful exhibition in the back. it is worth checking!

I always buy the kimbap here, whenever it is made and it is literally food for my soul, I try every time I am in town, very tasty

Excellent Korean food to go, at very affordable prices with very friendly staff. (Insider tip: get the Bibimbap, then go to the top of the Hudson Bay for an almost private terras view of the centre of Maastricht to enjoy your meal. Buy a coffee from the La Place there for admittance).

Hae is a wonderful place with a meticulous selection of designer products- such as art books, jewelry, ceramics- which are curated by Audrey and created by Asian artists. Besides that, the exhibition space in the back of the shop gives talented creators a great opportunity to showcase their works. Oh, and Audrey's Korean food is without any discussion the best in town..

After I have lived in taiwan for 7 years, I can say that this place is legitimate! I had called her out several times, and everything was nothing but delicious. they are also not over fee for their food as many other places. for €8 they get a homemade lunchbox (homemade! not frozen food! they make it fresh every day. the job is also worshipping — all their products are carefully selected for quality. the were in store are not Chinese knockouts from taobao or alibaba (I would know! I worked with companies selling from there. most say “Made in Japan”. there is also a large selection of local designers and artists who also sell their work there. In short, if they are looking for a more authentic and local mood, this is the place many local (students, professors, Maastricht residents come and stop to meet some great people. there is a fantastic opposite in the back that is quiet where they eat and work on their laptop even. highly recommended!
