Subway - M C B H Kaneohe Bay

Workers are very nice and friendly. The lady that made my sandwich really took her time and did not just throw it all together. Great workers and great place.

The quality is what you'd expect from Subway, but the staff isn't very nice and they don't have free refills.Parking: It's a shared parking lot that generally has a lot of spaces. The spots are narrow though.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal that's a small sandwich (4in), chips, and milk or juice for $7

Employees are incredibly rude. I was treated poorly by both employees working today at noon. One didn’t understand my order of “6 inch turkey on wheat.” The other was rude when we asked if we could get a kids sub on its own or if it only came as a meal. So if you feel like getting yelled at or ridiculed for making a standard order or asking normal questions, this is your place. The food tasted like standard subway. I noticed no improvement in flavor with the switch to in-house sliced deli meat. Lastly, they do not allow free refills. I won’t be coming here again. There are plenty of better places in the same shopping center.

Disappointing. We thought we'd give this Subway a try. This is the one located in the Enchanted Lake Shopping Center.I ordered the BMT #18 Italian), and asked for no lettuce. The only veggies they gave me were tomatoes and onions. It was a thin and anemic looking sandwich. Please see my pics for the same sandwich from the Subway located on Hamakua Drive. There isn't any comparison.The service was not very friendly.

Owner's work sandwich line and make really small sandwiches. I went down the street to kailua and ordered th exact same sandwich and it was twice the size. They advertised soup, but there was none.
