The New World Smoke - Lyon

Last visited 11/11/2021. While I hanged in lyon for a few weeks on the business, my associate found this place over google 'ing and I'm so elated that he did! let me tell them why I visited this place twice in 3 days! if she's interested in seeing a video review this place, go on to the hungry road on youtube and look at it in this place. it is a lil ' hidden and is only through the search through the large windows or the lil ' sign, the hands directly above the stone arch. the interior design carries the older European architecture, which is present on the outside. there are plenty of stone everywhere, large picture frames, a small bar in the back part of the restaurant and the view kitchen to the left. there are only a few tables so be sure to book or something happy! lol. service: stéfane @stf_nws on instagram is the owner/operator/Koch/Barkeeper/alles. He was so sweaty and so cold. Although he had to do everything in the restaurant literally, he did it with a passion, with style, with flaking and with love. you could just say that he puts his soul in this restaurant and in this food. food: at both I went with their big gourmet plate. I can't remember the official names of the record, but it was gigantic. it comes with a plate full of smoked tasty! bark ripen, pulled pork, sausage, huh and the choice of 2 sides. for my side, I went with the buzzing and by the side. my goodness. everything was fantastic and smoked on perfection. I don't even want to make up for something, but the ribs have spoiled me. they were so incredibly juicy, smokey and full of taste, but they can not go wrong with any of the components of this meal. worth: I cannot remember the exact amount, but I think my teller was about 35€ and absolutely worth it. do I have to tell them how much I loved this place? it was intimate, tasty, affordable and gave them such a great experience. I can't wait to visit this place again!

It is a tiny restaurant not only full of charm, but with really great food, the whole meat is slowly cooked and the tenderness it is never forgotten! stef, the owner has made us feel from a minute home, as I announced the birthday of my partner. I'll come back every time I'm in lyon!

We had bark sauce, pork, sausage and ripen. all were so delicious and very cheap. I will recommend

A great find. Between the three of us, we managed to sample all the meats and they were all really good – the brisket and the sausage were particularly excellent; the sides too (coleslaw and mac cheese were both great). The staff were very...friendly and service was quick. Definitely worth a visit.

Tout est parfait, la viande, le pain, la potatoe salad et la touche épicée..Et les Ribbs caramélisés sont incroyables. Un pur régal!!Un grand bravo!!
