Unbelievable! It was a discovery for both of us and the kitchen was sublime. Refined, modern, amazing, light but material... A beautiful table sublimated by good wines and a pass from the chef at the end of the meal. I really want to come back and discover a new menu... without a signature format, to be surprised again. A service without fault or almost, gustative and level of service. Thank you!

Nice gastronomic experience at the Gourmet de Sèze, it's been a long time since I wanted to leave, I wasn't disappointed with the trip! A delicious meal, a super attentive service and a very welcoming setting! I loved everything, special mention on the dish of St James and perfect of flowery cabbage, it was beautiful! And also with agitated foie gras, perfectly grasped and accompanied by a small spicy crumble We were really all seduced by the variety and freshness of the dishes, bravo to Chef Bernard Mariller and all his team!!!

Everything was perfect, welcome all the personel to the small care of super good dishes well erected in the plates fresh local products and house, very nice frame. The Chef takes the time to discuss with you we enjoyed this gastro without problems thanks to the whole team of the Gourmet of Seze.

Dishes of great finesse, impeccable service and a sommelier listening and competent. A faultless one for us and a great evening.
