Honestly, some of the best meat in lyon. There aren't many places that smoke meat to compare to here, but they really do a very good job, the flavor is excellent, the meat is very tender, the portions are really good. I recommend this place and certainly will frequent it.

Amazing place, half texas bbq, half French kitchen. smoking does not concentrate on the smokey taste, but on the low temperature cooking. French meat pieces are cooked (e.g. basse côte). the food demands wein over beer. amazing cäsarsalat. highly recommended!

Very good address, it smells good when you go ahead. The welcome is hot, we are very well advised, the dishes are in a very large part, we eat at our hunger! And the accompaniments are as good as meat, even for a velvet, it will be a good experience (vegetarian plate offered on the menu)
