Contribuiți la feedbackOne of the best culinary experiences I’ve had. A little gem, a little bijou. The deconstructed lemon tart with *tarragon* !!! was out of this world. But every savoury dish made us travel to new flavours and fusions.
My co-worker and I just ate here and it was amazing! We went to Paul Bocuse and PRaiRial, and we thought this experience was better. We got to sit at the counter and talk to the chefs and also watch them make all the food. The starter of tomatoes and basal kombucha was so good. The veal dish and the roasted jalapeño pepper was great as well! The three courses of dessert was well thought out and made me want more. In fact, I thought the dessert was much better than at Paul Bocuse. After we thought it was all done, we got some extra desserts! It was just the right amount of food, where at Paul Bocuse I wanted to stop eating midway to save room for others. In this case, I feel less and more thought out meals were more! I definitely recommend this as a must in Lyon.
Delicious and modernised asian food at a hip district. The pricing was quite ok for lunch menu for a starter and main course. I added a desert just to try but actually it wasn't as good as it looked. I'd go there again. Reservation required.
We loved our lunch! For years, I have learned things and discovered names, dishes, flavors on each dish. All the menu for 60€, portions to be shared, each dress chiadé, all the impeccable seasonings, no cooking mistakes, it was admirable technically. 1 star less because the drinks were under the dishes. We asked for wine, the sommelier did not ask us our tastes, he bought it when we asked him for his opinion between two wines. And then it wasn’t necessarily our taste. A simple chance to correct in any case, and the kitchen is irreproachable! We will do it when we return:
It's been a while since we wanted to test this restaurant. It's done. I understand that it is often complete because the restaurant is rather small. The kitchen is open to the room which is very pleasant. A unique menu is offered on the evening of 5 dishes for 47€ with possibility of cheese for 7€. The cuisine has been refined and sought after, we have discovered unknown flavours and appreciated other well-known flavours. Very excellent. The wine advice was very good and the service too. I highly recommend. Only small dish, cheese is not worth the detour and the addition has been laid on the table without being asked.
