Jour de Marché - Lyon

After a few good restaurants in italia, passing by lyon we made a very good gastro stage at market day. excellent over the whole length with fresh products and all flavors in the mouth (as always, because it's not the first time we come.) and in addition the welcome and smile are there. We'll be back.

Here's a nice discovery. the menu is offered two menus (32 and 40€), 4 admissions / 4 dishes / 3 desserts. menus can be accompanied by a meal/wine agreement (2 glasses) at 12€. the wines were correct but not exceptional. There is a real research in the structure of foods, the presentation and agreement of foods. The dishes are well prepared, very sought after, original and made with quality and season products.No doubt I would advise this address. an excellent value for money.If I had to find a small flat, maybe on the service. only two people tonight, for a full room. which sometimes creates qq lengths in the service and an impression of having permanently the world that runs in the room.

A real treat for the taste buds! I can't believe we've been living in this restaurant for so long without having to get to it. It was simply delicious, hearty and rather affordable for the quality of products and cuisine. we took the wine option for 12€ per person and we were really listened and very well advised. sensitive to the service and the quality of the dishes, the result is 20/20 and I really don't understand the bad comments of others?

Used to starred restaurants and white toques, this one is by far the worst!amusing mouth (emulsion too creamy)Non-flavoured foie gras, cherry without flavor, lack of peps.Good but not extra. The squash of zucchini is fade and not seasoned. The desserts too simple in taste and very poorly presented. Anyway, simple dishes, badly executed, I wonder how one can be a member of a white toque for such a bad kitchen. We'll never go back!For gastronomy enthusiasts, go your way!The menu at 40 euros is abused!!
