As soon as we pass the door, we are plunged into an atmosphere in the master's universe. What is certain is that Chief Galvan is not afraid to dare! The whole meal is almost like a game. Conceptual kitchen in the age of time, which uses local products. I don't mean too much to let others discover. Very good sommelier who explains what we're gonna drink. The case is excellent, the wines are really good, I took several slams. Single menu in 8 abuses and 28 creations. A lot of little bites, you never know what you eat and you're surprised. The kitchen team totally adapted for a vegetarian menu requested by my friend, it was great. Time is expected, we stayed over 4 hours for dinner. A conceptual star restaurant that can fly more than one, but will not leave anyone indifferent.
Exceptional! Culinary art has its absolute artist. The experience we live in Jeremy Galvan has nothing in common. We enter this restaurant leaving for a journey in discoveries, surprises, incredible flavours. Taste, eye, smell and mind are at the best of their attention. It is an inventive, intelligent and extraordinary kitchen. We loved it! And we enjoyed the visit of the chef during the meal. A special mention for the sommelier who has talent and the staff who smile, friendly and enchanting. Mille bravos !!!

A unique experience that goes well beyond the simple gourmet meal. From the arrival in the entrance hall to the dessert, a beautiful story is told to us. Each dish is decomposed in several elements to be enjoyed in a particular order and sometimes with accessories for the least astonishing (audio cassette, small hammer etc... . The guideline remains the anti-gaspillage. Everything is used, carrot fans, cheese croute etc... but always worked in an innovative and surprising way both in terms of taste and textures. We also took the chord and wine and the selection was really in perfect consistency with the dishes, while making us discover new things. In short, a wonderful moment that will remain unforgettable.
