Great time spent this afternoon with Chef Éric and the rest of the students who came for this flat-entry cooking class dessert at the top. The chef is very pedagogue, very interesting to listen to him give us simple and quick tips and tricks to implement when we start from zero. The place is also very nice, although it was very hot. I'll be back! I hope for a 100% vegetarian meal? :
Thai cooking classes made in small committee with chef Jean Philippe on Friday night, it was perfect! What a pleasure to cook with nice matos, the right explanations the good gestures, discover products and especially full of spices...I left with the full of inspiration! Thanks again, I'll be back!
A great experience where I was able to learn all the secrets of cabbage paste with Chief JP. We made caramel butter lights salted caramel cream mascarpone and patissiere vanilla cabbage from Madagascar! A pure treat during the course but also the degustation with the products brought back! Thank you for this great moment!
Thank you to Chief Eric for all these explanations and his good mood. This is a great Christmas gift: we eat very well, we learn different cooking techniques and we share a rich moment with other lovers of the good cuisine. I recommend without hesitation!
