A wonderful discovery! Creations as beautiful as delights. The tastes are marked, harmonious mixtures and fine realization. I tasted the cream of the angel (pepper and verveine infusion of foam), the saint-domingue (exotic fruits, mangoes and fresh pineapples, coconut biscuit) and the pie of the passion of dulce (sugar paste, Duja hazelnuts, creamy passion of vanilla and jelly passion of vanilla). They were all exquisite: a light angel cream with not too imposing verveine and a tasty heart, the holy-domingue balanced between sweet and acidulated, and finally a surprising association between creamy dulce and acidulated passion and full of pipes. A special bravo for the passion of dulce pie to have so skillfully married two flavors that I wouldn't have combined first. A nice surprise. The portions are correct and the appropriate prices (14€80 for the 3). We have to go if we're in Lyon!
